Sheaf ยท privacy

Sheaf privacy policy. What we keep, and why.

This page covers sheaf.one and Portfolio IQ. It also covers two older Sheaf products that some people still use, Sheaf Mind and Sheaf School, because their records are still kept. It is written to be read, so it is short.

Who we are

Sheaf Labs makes risk controls for AI agents. Write to hello@sheaf.one about anything on this page.

What we keep

Who else sees it

Your questions and work are sent to the AI models that answer them. Today those are run by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta and Perplexity, under their business terms, which do not allow them to train on your data. Sheaf School installations for a school can run on models the school hosts itself.

Page statistics go to Google Analytics. Email is sent through Amazon Web Services and Zoho. Texts are sent through Amazon Web Services. Payments go through Stripe. Our servers are on Amazon Web Services.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Children

Sheaf School is used by students under the school's supervision. The school decides what a student's name is on the system, and the teacher and the student's parent can see what the tutor keeps about the student. A parent can ask us to remove it at hello@sheaf.one. Sheaf Mind and the other products are for adults.

How long

Sign-in links expire in minutes. Sheaf School classes and their records, and accounts and their memory, are kept until the teacher, the parent or the account holder asks us to remove them. Web logs are kept for a short time and then dropped.
