One price
A full check is what Sheaf does when one of your agents is about to do something that matters, such as paying an invoice, moving money or changing a record. Three AIs from three companies each read the action against its purpose and your rules. Sheaf measures how far they agree, then approves the action, declines it, or holds it for a person. It keeps a signed record of every check.
Rules checks are free
Testing an action against the rules you wrote uses no AI, so it costs nothing. Send every action through it and pay only for the ones that need judgement.
Your first checks are free
Every account gets about 12 full checks a month with no card. When they are used up, the next check waits until you add a card.
Billed for what you used
Add a card once. At the end of each month your card is charged for the checks you ran that month. No plan to pick, nothing to top up.
One check covers 500 words
The action and the rules sent with it, together, up to 500 words. A longer one counts as one more check for each further 500 words.

One account, as many API keys as you want. The price is the same on every key. Every check and every decision is written to a signed record you can show an auditor.
A committed year costs less per check
If you know roughly how many checks a year you will run, you can pay for the year up front at a lower price per check. Checks beyond the year's allowance are billed as you go at the rate shown.

A yearly plan also comes with named operators for the console, single sign-on, the signed record kept on your retention terms, an audit report, and support with a person on the other end.
If nothing can leave your systems
Sheaf can run inside your own systems, on AI models you choose, so no action and no record ever leaves. Then there is no charge per check. You pay your own AI costs.

$20,000, once. We install it, connect your models and run the first checks with you.
Three things to know
- A full check uses our standard panel of three AIs. If you want more expensive models on the panel, the price per check goes up, and we agree that price with you first.
- If the AI companies raise their prices to us by more than 10 percent, we can change our rate. We give 60 days' notice.
- You can take your card off at any time from your account page, which opens your invoices and your card. Checks you have already run are billed; nothing else is.
